ABOUT ME

I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Fashion Merchandising Management.  After school I worked several corporate retail jobs in the New York/New Jersey area that focused on the business side of the retail world.  My fiance (at the time) and I were looking for wedding venues and fell in love with a venue up in Maine.  I grew up spending my summers in Maine and my husband is from Maine originally, so it meant a lot to us to have it there.  As we were visiting we kept stopping in Portsmouth and really enjoyed our visits.  We decided, what the heck! Let’s just move there.  I left my corporate job and focused on wedding planning full time.  I rediscovered my love for design and had SO much fun making everything for the wedding that I decided to continue to focus on this and MCCS was created!
